“Rhapsody” was painted by Regine in June 2023 using the Turkish Ebru Marbling technique. The vibrant mix of colours within the loop reminds the artist of how happiness feels. She felt that being happy does not consist of only one isolated feeling but is a mix of emotions that comes together with it. Like a wave, happiness also does not come linearly. Often, it creeps on you unexpectedly and leaves without a trace, leaving you puzzled and wondering if you honestly felt happy.
