“Reverie” was painted by Regine in June 2023 using the Turkish Ebru Marbling technique. The artwork reminds the artist of daydreaming. To her, daydreaming is somewhat like an escape from reality whereby it can be considered a place for her to find some peace and tranquillity, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Singapore lifestyle. Like a river that flows seamlessly on calm water, day-dreaming helps her to clear her mind and sometimes, it even gives her new inspirations and ideas.
