“Elysian” was painted by Regine in June 2023 using the acrylic pouring technique. The selection of cool colours reminds the artist of colours that are calming and soothing to her soul. The name “Elysian” was chosen as a representative that a heavenly paradise happens when she is able to be at peace with herself. The cool colours overshadowing the black represents the ability to suppress the negativity within herself in search for peace and tranquillity.
