“Coddiwomple” was painted by Regine in June 2023 using the Turkish Ebru Marbling technique. Coddiwomple is used to describe a journey without any specific location in mind. Like the meaning of this title, the art piece is an experimental artwork that the artist does without having any image in mind. The bold splattering and mixing of different colours remind the artist of the different energy required to start a journey. We do not need to have a fixed destination. However, starting from some point will ultimately lead us to where we are supposed to be.
